Steeling yourself to ride the waves? Get a safer intro into the world of surfing with Stand-up Paddle Surfing (SUP). Instead of straddling a conventional surfboard, you'll be standing upright on an oversized longboard, and steering the waves using a paddle. SUP is a great way to tone the abdominal muscles and improve one's balance. Instructors are on hand to dole out lessons and group activities can be arranged on request.
