About Elaine Chan: Elaine’s prolific portfolio encompass musical direction, original writing & arrangements for all Dream Academy Productions’ of Dim Sum Dollies, SingDollar, Hossan Leong & Broadway Beng Shows, Crazy Christmas, Hansel & Gretel, CinderellaH!, Wild Rice’s La Cage, Aladdin, Into the Woods and Toy Factory’s December Rain and 881. Elaine directed her first full length musical score at 18. She has also received the Wong Yee Hua Memorial Music Excellence Award and was nominated in the 2011’s Life Theatre Awards for CinderellaH! She is also known for her work for the NDP 2005 theme song Reach Out for the Skies, 2010 Singapore Youth Festival Opening Ceremony and 2010 YOG Opening Ceremony. She is currently working on the 2013 National Day Parade and Toy Factory’s Mandarin musical, Glass Anatomy
